is blinking freezing. Its between 8degrees and -2 degrees. Other wise its pretty cool here.
I thought China was like all sorta paddy fields and stuff but this place is like London with american roads.
the roads are even nicer than american roads. Thei just as large, roughly 6-8 lanes across but, instead of concrete, its made outa stone slabs.
The Skyline is Mega Tall structures all lit up.
And these are my compareplaces thingy
Nanjing Liu - Oxford Street
Yu Gardens - Covent Gardebs ( way better than covent gardens actually )
XintiangDi - Picadilly Circus / BondStreet
These places are packed with tourist from all over the world and loads of stuff are mega expensive and the sales people are super hagglers.
Taxi Drivers. These chaps are crazy. I dont see the point of traffic lights or Zebra crossings
The taxis just swerve in between busses other lanes, across crowded zebra crossing while spitting out of the window. Not only the taxis, the buicks and bentlies as well.
The stuff here are pretty cool. and relatively cheap though my bro got an ipod from the flea market for 75 ringit but he returned it because it was just so werid .
an iphone was likie 400 bucks but was just too not apple to be useful.
The buildings here are darned fancy.
I am buggered tired. There goes mock exams with the amount of studyig ive done over the past 3 weeks. Schools next week.
Besides that, our Mandarin is hopeless and we rely on hand signals aside from me mum.
So, today I had breakfast buffet, chinese food and starbucks and macdonalds for lunch and American for dinneer ( Kabbs ). The American was awesome. There are a lot of American and What i suspect are Frenchies here in shanghai.
Tomoro is new years eve. Wicked awesome Fireworks.
Im cold.
alalallal... all alone from the rest of the world. This has been my first 36 hours since Duke of Edinburgh Award that i have been away from some sort of internet related device. but then, in DOE we were struggling to survive.
