70 is anumber befoe 71 , 2 numbers before 72 and a number after 69 whereas it 5 numbers after 65 and (20 plus 10) less than 100 which is ten less then a 100 and 10 so therefore 70 is a number which is cool because it has a seven and a 0 and is actually seven 10s or if you like it and /or inisist 10 7s.
